Refund Policy - the basics

Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased.

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay for online purchases. In-store, we also accept cash.
  • Can I customize my balloon order?
    Yes, we offer customization options for all balloon orders. You can choose colors, sizes, and add personalized messages.
  • What is your return policy?
    We do not accept returns on balloon specialty pieces. Party supplies sold in store are returnable within 2 weeks. Please contact us for return instructions.
  • Do you offer event setup services?
    Yes, we provide event setup services for all types of occasions. Contact us to discuss your event needs and get a quote.
  • What are the delivery options available?
    We offer local delivery in Ocean City, NJ at a flat rate of $10. All other deliveries are $10 plus a $1 a mile. Holiday rate is $10 plus $3 a mile for all deliveries. This includes Night in Venice. You can choose your preferred delivery date and time during checkout.
