Cancellation Policy

Hi there! Alicia's Balloon Boutique is so excited to bring colorful balloon fun to your celebration! To make sure everything goes smoothly, here are a few simple guidelines: 🎟️ Booking Your Party A non-refundable deposit of $100 is needed to lock in your date and time. Your party is officially booked once the deposit is received—yay! 🎉 The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. 🧁 Party Details Please share all the important info (location, number of kiddos, party length, etc.) when booking. Big changes? No problem—just let me know ahead of time so we can adjust if needed. 🪄 Setup Magic I’ll need a safe, dry, and preferably shaded spot to twist balloons. Please allow 15 minutes before the party starts for setup. If your party is outside, having a backup indoor or covered space is super helpful in case the weather gets silly 🌦️. 🛑 Safety First, Fun Always! Balloons are lots of fun, but they can be a choking hazard, especially for little ones. Grown-ups should keep an eye on kiddos while they play. If a balloon pops (it happens!), please toss the pieces right away. ⏰ Party Time Balloon twisting is provided for the agreed time slot. Want to keep the fun going? Extra time may be available for $100 per hour if I’m not booked right after. 🌈 Weather Watch (Outdoor Parties) Balloons don’t love extreme heat, wind, or rain (they’re a bit dramatic 😄). If the weather isn’t cooperating, we may need to pause, move, or adjust to keep things safe and fun. 🔄 Changes & Cancellations Deposits are non-refundable, but I’ll do my best to help you reschedule based on availability. Last-minute cancellations may still require full payment. 🎈 Balloon Expectations Balloons are handmade with love, but they don’t last forever. Once they’re handed out, their lifespan depends on how they’re treated (and how wild the party gets 😄). 🚫 Respect & Good Vibes Only I’m here to spread joy!
